Bald Eagle watching Magpie

Actually, this Black-billed Magpie (Pica hudsonia) was in no real danger. The Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) had a piece of fish in his talons (not visible from this angle, due to the snow) and was just being vigilant that this magpie didn’t move in to grab a piece.
