Enjoy today’s “Fun Friday” post, images captured at Los Islotes in the Sea of Cortez (Baja, Mexico). One of the reasons for this stop was to snorkel with the baby California Sea Lions (Zalophus californianus), who love to play with snorkelers, spinning, flipping, and diving all around you. Quite an experience! As our boat anchored, we saw this lovable little sea lion, ready and waiting for us!
I’ll have some more images of these humorous mammals in some upcoming posts. In fact, I was able to snorkel with some of the baby sea lions … such fun!
