Whenever I see something like this, I always ask myself “What happened?”, or “What caused this?”. In this case, the bald eagle feather likely was pulled from the bird as it sat in the tree and eventually captured frost from the cold temperatures in the Chilkat River Valley. But it always makes we wonder. :o)
