Green With Envy

Yesterday I hiked around a couple of nearby Missouri Conservation Department Conservation Areas. Not much was going on at either location, although I did manage to grab a few interesting photos. Today’s post features a Mallard duck drake that I photographed as I was leaving:

I always enjoy photographing the Mallard drakes, especially in good light where the green sheen of their heads really shows off!

  • Aperture f/8
  • Shutter 1/1250 sec.
