Cold but Colorful

Starting to get things ready for next week’s “Wintering Bald Eagles” workshop on the Mississippi River. I’ve got nearly a full group and everyone is getting excited to photograph the wintering bald eagles. The weather also looks to be ready for a great time with the eagles … temperatures will be cold, but will certainly entice the eagles to be around the open water areas of the Mississippi. Should be a great time!

Today’s post comes from a trip to the Mississippi that I made a few years ago, in Clarksville, Missouri. Not only do the eagles present a wonderful photo opp, but the early morning sunrise also can be a photo, waiting to happen!
