Today’s image was captured from my cabin deck in Little Tutka Bay, Alaska, in 2007. When this image was captured (around midnight), the sun was just beginning to “set”:
Little Tutka Bay is about a 30-minute boat ride from Homer, Alaska. From this location, I spent several trips photographing bald eagles, exploring the low tide flora and fauna, kayaking around the bay area, and just having a ball being pretty well isolated from the world!
