Today’s post features another image from one of my photo trips to Alaska. While visiting Ketchikan, where bald eagles are seen everywhere, I found an adult eagle that was pretty close to where I was standing. While perusing the fine specimen, my eye was drawn to those powerful talons … very strong and very sharp … and something I’d prefer not to be stuck with! Here is an image of this mean machine’s talons:
