Colorful Caterpillar

A few days ago, we found a number of colorful caterpillars on Gaura wildflowers in my Cass County wildflower garden. At first glance, they looked like Monarchs, but as I got closer, I discovered they were Clouded Crimson Moth caterpillars. Here are a couple of my favorite images from that first encounter:
