I have a lot of activities going on right now … art festivals the next 2 weekends, and started 5 weeks of teaching photography classes last evening … so several of my upcoming posts may be shorter than usual. Such is the case with today’s post. A few weeks ago, while photographing on a local prairie, I came upon this dew-covered Cicada:
Patiently waiting for the dew to dissipate, he was very cooperative as I managed to get in tight for a macro shot!
