Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving today! In celebration, I’m featuring the symbol for Thanksgiving that we all relate to at this time of the year … the turkey!
As usual, I found a rather large group of wild turkey as I entered Waterton Canyon. I estimated there were about 40 in the group. As I hiked the trail into the canyon, the turkey flew across to the other side of the trail and then all headed towards higher ground, foraging along the way. Here are a few images I captured as I hiked around the turkey:
