Today’s post features a couple of images of the brightly-colored Ring-necked Pheasant males, that have not previously been published here. These beautiful birds are only found in the northern areas of Missouri … these images were captured at Squaw Creek NWR (since, renamed to the Loess Bluffs NWR) in northwest Missouri:
