Yesterday morning, I made a trip to Carlos Avery Wildlife Area (north of Minneapolis, MN). I arrived as the sun was just beginning to peek over the horizon … and through a heavy layer of low-hanging fog. Unfortunately, I had no birds or wildlife that would pose in the fog for me.
But I did have a couple of Trumpeter Swans fly over the area. I grabbed a few images of the closest one. No fog around him, but at least there was some early morning sun falling on him:
And the closest I had to having him in the fog (the fog was already beginning to burn off):
Oh well, that means I will have to go out again! See ya later …
