I was quite surprised when I entered my motel room during my short-eared owl photography trip last weekend. One of the first things seen was this little guy, sitting on top of, and guarding, the refrigerator:
When I walked into the bathroom, his cute little friend was guarding the soap and shampoo packets on the counter:
Towel Origami is not unusual to find on a cruise ship or in some of the larger (and more expensive) hotels. But the motel I chose for the weekend was a local, mom-and-pop motel in a small town (I always like to support the little guy if the motel is clean and has internet). So I wasn’t expecting to see these guys!
