Staying with the Baja theme, today’s Fun Friday post features a newborn Gray Whale calf. While in Laguna San Ignacio, we saw quite a few newborn calves. This calf swam by our ponga, just a short distance away from us, keeping an eye on us (you can see it just above the water’s surface) … mom was right in front of him:
