Alaska Savannah

Today’s images were taken in the sedge meadow at Hallo Bay, Alaska. We were there to photograph coastal brown bears feeding on spring sedge grass, but this sweet little Savannah Sparrow (Passerculus sandwichensis) flew into the meadow and seemed to be “people watching”:
