Eastern-tailed Blue

This little prairie guy, the Eastern-tailed Blue Butterfly (Everes comyntas), is always abundant whenever I hike the prairie, especially around any puddling or mud holes. Small, but quite colorful:

  • Bogen #3221 tripod, with Kirk Ent. HD ballhead
  • ISO 500
  • Aperture f/5
  • Shutter 1/1,250 sec.
