Colorful Colorado

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I’ve been visiting with family and friends, and now it’s time to get back to “work”!

Today’s post features a couple of colorful landscapes from a trip to Colorado’s San Juan Mountains, captured a few years ago. When entering Colorado, there are several signs that welcome you to “Colorful Colorado”.

Colorado has many wonderful landscapes, but if you haven’t experienced the San Juan mountains, you’ve missed some spectacular scenery! Here are a couple of images I captured right around sunset one evening, while high  on the Black Bear Pass:

I’m kinda thinkin’ that I need to experience this again!!!
