Off the Beaten Trail

Today’s post features a panorama that I made during one of my fall color hikes at the Lake of the Ozarks. On this day, I got off the main trail and walked through some woods, until it opened up with this scene:

Like I said previously, this is one of the best years for fall colors at the Lake of the Ozarks that I have seen!

  • Canon 5D Mark 3 camera body
  • Tamron 17-35mm, f/2.8 wide angle lens
  • Bogen 3021 tripod, with ballhead
  • ISO 200
  • Aperture f/32
  • Shutter 1/20 sec.
  • Panorama made by combining 9 images, in Photoshop
